She is the Head Instructor and Choreographer for the Ridge Regiment's Color Guard and Winter Guard. Amanda assists our wind instrument section as well as with the visual instruction and overall choreography. She is also apart of the Ridge Regiment Design Team. Amanda Allen-Herm is a 2012 Alumni of the Ridge Regiment where she spun flags, rifles. danced, and played Flute. She received her Bachelor of Arts and Psychology from Morehead State University in 2016. Amanda Currently works full time as a Victim Advocate and a Crisis Counselor. While at MSU, she continued her Color Guard Career and continued her performances with the marching band. During her four years, she served as  captain, choreographer, and instructor in the MSU color guard. She Has coached the Ridge Regiment and other schools for ten years, and loves seeing her students become adults who use the lessons they learned as marchers to succeed in everyday life.
